Now, I've been off working on college applications and school and music and the like. Things have been pretty good on the trans front; I'm currently living as male outside of my house and in the house when talking to friends, as more gender-neutral around my parents because they still won't accept that I know what I'm talking about (though they do avoid pronouns given enough death glares), and as female (eww, no) around doctors and the people in my building who have known me since before I came out. I try to avoid that last bracket of people as much as possible.

So, what's the bad part?

This is where the trigger comes in.

Currently, I'm going through what is quickly turning into Hell Month. I'm going to have to see a doctor over it, but haven't gotten an appointment yet. Why? Because I was a dumb kid and couldn't manifest the balls to tell someone, because thinking about it makes me physically ill. Now my mother's all like OMG WERE YOU TAKING BLACK MARKET HORMONES WHAT DID YOU DO OMG WHAT IF YOU HAVE CANCER Q~Q
...And then there's me, being all crabby because I don't want to go through any tests. But that's stupid, like ignoring your toes turning gangrenous just because you hate your foot and want it removed. Whether you want the foot or not, it's still part of your body and you have to take care of it until it is no longer attached to you.

That odd imagery aside, a word of advice: Don't be a dummy like me. If something's up with your body, even if it's a part you hate, get it taken care of ASAP. It could be nothing, or it could be a very big something. I'll keep you guys posted once I've gotten some answers on what exactly is going on in there.

Thank you, Jessica. A hug is plenty in my eyes  :)

Update: Well...at least it stopped. Bad news? Apparently it's nothing hormonal, or even related to all this stuff but rather my medical condition messing connective tissue up again so it randomly does this. Yay.

More motivation to medically transition ASAP, though, because this is really lame >_>

Sorry you're going through this, but thanks for providing good advice and serving as a warning. I know it sucks, but taking care of this stuff is worth it, we just have to suck it up and get it over with.

Be weird. Be random. Be who you are. Because you never know who would love the person you hide.
