Keyhole/peri nipples

I had a question regarding the nipples for keyhole and peri surgeries. I've heard they can't HUGELY change the nipple size, and usually when guys say that they're referring to the nipple+areola, so I was wondering what they could do to the actual nipple. My areolas aren't far out of the male range, but my nipples themselves are definitely larger than a cisguy's, so I was wondering if with the keyhole or peri techniques, can they do anything about that?

I think a lot of guys get them shaved down a bit either during surgery or as a revision later. I haven't had surgery myself yet though so I don't know many more details than that

I wonder about this myself because my nipples are still...well, about as prominent as they were before surgery. I had the pedicle method, so the areola and nipple are attached to a nerve stalk. I get dysphoria from the stupid things, so I would like to have them revised at some point. But I'm not sure how much can be done with parts that are still attached to a nerve stalk.

May I ask what the pedicle method entails?

From what I've seen of people who have had this issue with peri, they have been able to get their nipples sized down even though they're still attached to the stalk. I'm sure if you asked your surgeon, they could tell you what your options are!

Just a comment from someone who's seen more than a few male nipples over the years..

They really do come in all shapes and sizes.. Yes, I've seen men with nipples that would be easily described as 'womanly'..
