Yesterday I made my first 2 appointments, and depending on how things go, can feasibly be starting hormones the first week in Feb.  Didnt expect to be able to set it so soon, setting it all up went way smoother than I thought it would.  Id kinda expected to start like in late March, so this feels, well a bit impulsive to me.  Dont take that the wrong way, it is what I want, Im just not used to doing things I really want yet so it feels, unusual.  My logical self is still fighting all this a little bit, but the only concern left is that it feels a little rushed and impulsive.  Which honestly, I think I need right now, to do something I have a remaining concern about; to let one side win a victory and the other side realize that it is ok, and can actually really start to work with me instead of against.  Does this sound like Im making a mistake? It doesnt feel like it to me.

My therapist was floored yesterday when I told her I was being seen by a doctor today and most likely starting hormones. My first appointment at the clinic was only this Monday so like four days ago. Does seem to be going super fast. I only came out to myself at the end of October.

Doubts are okay, but if you feel it may be a mistake, I'd consider sorting that out before starting.  Most of the initial impacts can be reversed, so it's not a huge deal to start with some doubt; however, it can cause permanent changes the further you go in. The only real big concern early on (I think) is the fertility issue.  Even that doesn't impact you asap and can be reversed in the beginning stages, but I think it would be better to have a plan or decision before starting.  Whether this is the right thing or not is something only you can know.  Good luck and keep us posted! :)
