Don't read too much into it baby! Hanging on to old memories doesn't mean holding on to the past. it just means sometimes an object is a visual reminder of a certain period or event and invokes fond memories. I just finished today, in fact, hanging picture frames on my wall with pictures of me and my ambulances, helicopters, fire trucks/stations and uniform patches/name tags. To me they bring up memories both good and bad. It does not mean I am mourning their loss or anything. Everyone does this somehow. Relax baby, it's OK. 🙂
