That's the plan!

I don't have a lot to share yet, except I've never really worked my glutes before and I totally underestimated how hard it would be! Some of those exercises are painful! I got up to get a drink and almost fell because my legs are so wobby and sore right now. My butt feels awesome though! I've never felt the sensation of glute burn before. I'm getting addicted to flexing my glutes when I'm sitting!

Here's what I'm working on so far:
Rather than focus too much on the gluteus maximus (the main butt muscle), I've been trying to find exercises that focus more on the gluteus medius and gluteus minimus to widen the butt and hips and create more curve under those jeans!

Exercises that involve moving the thigh
away from the body (abduction) target the two minor glute muscles, and should give the best results.
So far I've been experimenting with different types of lunges and planks. Right now I'm just doing exercises that don't require equipment. Once I work out a good starter regimen I'll post it with some links to instructions for each exercise.
