Hi girls, I'm a new, later in life early transitioning girl. I'm 38 and finally accepting who I am. I've visited here a lot and I figured it was about time I became a registered member.

BTW, do any of you girls know how to add an avatar picture on here?  I can't seem to figure it out. :)

Thank you for responding!  I know this forum style but I know they are customizable. I'm hoping I can contribute to this great site.

Hi Rachel, Welcome to Susan's

Later in life transitioners are actually fairly common for a variety of reasons. I  hope to see you joining in some of our discussions.

A big warm welcome to the family baby! I started my transition at 47 (I'm 48 now). It is never too late. I am so glad you found us and want to contribute here. This family is the best because the information you will get here comes from real people and their experience's with all stages of the transition process. Feel free to vent, rant, share the good news, find a shoulder  to cry on or just have some fun and blow off steam. You will find our family tree has strong roots, sturdy branches and a few nuts.*giggle* I can't wait to get to know you better in the post's. Here is a BIG HUG ( :icon_hug:) to get you started off right!  :)

Thank you all for the warm welcome so far. I do hope to positively contribute to the forums.  Yes, I know 38 is nowhere close to some but with society changing the way it has, most info and stories seem to be coming from the 30 and under crowd.

BTW please tell me the verification goes away after 15 posts too?
