Ive been reading on herbs and vitamins for hrt and i stumbled across some interesting info.
Everytime i see milk thistle, it says it makes a healthy liver. The liver helps to process hormones so logic tells me this may help with your hrt to not only help process your hormones, but to keep the liver from failing while taking pills.

This is just a theory and has not been tested to my knowledge.
Its just something i thought of in my research of herbs.

What do you think? What did you find out if anything? Do you have anything to add?

Your liver is a filter, it will filter hormones as well as milk thistle out of your blood.

What benefit there is, is likely very small if any.
Web MD says the same.
