I am so pissed about my body!!!  Darn it!!  Why do hormones have to be so slow!!!!

Yeah I am far from the first person to have this rant but I have a twist.

I am pissed!  So what am I going to do about it??  For the rest of this month I am going to work HARD on my transition!  I ran today, I dieted today, and I practiced my female voice till it hurt!  This month is now officially

"Transgender Work Your Flippin Butt Off Month"

Now I can't do this alone!  Come on, all of you!  Well, at least those of you that are early in your transition like me or those of you that just realized that your New Years resolution was CRAP!  Come on!  Your gonna be a better person this year???  PPPFFFFFFFF.

Join me!  I actually really could use the motivation.  Lets post what ever it is that we did for....ummmmm...... TWYFBOM.

Now Lets go!!!!!

Here, Ill start.

Today I ran up and down the stairs 60 times.  I beat my record by ten.  I flutter kicked 100 times without stopping and I stuck to my diet for the first time in three months.

I am proud of myself!!!

Your turn!  Go do something awesome then come back!

I've been working on my voice but actually, it's incredibly difficult. I refuse to give up though. Just trying to break it into smaller steps, like breaking one habit at a time type of thing.

At times like those, I think about how far I've come, instead of how far I have to go, because honestly I'm pretty sure none of us will ever feel that our physical transition is complete.

I wish I would have said that in the first place but yeah thats what "Transgender Work Your Flippin Butt Off Month" is all about.  I have to put it on every calendar on Earth!  This is about enjoying the transition and whole ride through!  Even if it lasts forever.

I gave up on my squats last yr, But I plan on buying those "Brazilian Booty Butt" dvd's (Don't judge they look fun lol)

I need to give up on the snacks and other foods but it's soooooo hard.

I'm also working on getting a new job so I can stack some more funds to get my 1st major procedure done.

my resolution was simple, to not be so high strung this year.  I spent the day on the couch watching tv and net flicks, filling out job applications and eating tater tots
RedNeck girls have all the fun 8)

I have lost a little over 40 pounds so far and as of going Full Time one week ago I am now walking 6 miles a day. The weight is flying off now. I have also stuck to my diet very well with only two splurges, darn birthday cakes (my kids). :)

I have been dieting and walking a lot and I have taken off 12lbs in the past few weeks. Unfortunately this week I have a double whammy of having too much food available to me at work due to festivities, and also having my walking time limited because of the same festivities. And I have been working late nights and early mornings trying to finish a project there too. Next week I'll be hitting it again full force.

Snacks are the enemy!!  BBQ Popcorn just whooped my butt we're still in the fight!  WHOOHOO!!
Oh and the Brazilian Booty Butt completely destroyed my thighs when I did it. XD

Thats really important!  Part of working your friggin butt off is resting hard as well.  Everyone loves tatertots!!

Jessica, your decision to go full time inspired me!  Lets battle birthday cakes together!!

Yeah!!  Keep that motivation and get back on the horse!  There's no shame in time off here and there.

I'm about the run hole into my treadmill.  I've got about 8lbs to go for my goal!  TWYFBOM woohooo!!

I managed to refuse the extra piece of toast at breakfast and I cycled to work (5 miles) even though it's -2C out there :O

I even stopped to admire the view along the way :)

Only a dark cocoon before I get my gorgeous wings and fly away
Only a phase, these dark cafe days

Congrats on the refusing toast and the 5 mile cycle. Also super jealous of that view.

I decided to pick back up on my squats/leg workouts this week despite my knees hating me for it.
Byes!!!! It's been real but this place isn't for me. Good luck in the future everyone.

Find a doctor who will given you estradiol implants.  That will jumpstart everything.

I've been struggling with the diet.... badly :/

However I'm finally working out more, situps mostly.. I need to get rid of this belly fat so my shirts look decent without my corset on.

Practicing my voice with a friend (cis woman).  And she also convinced me to join the yoga class with her, so I'll be doing that with her for a few months. 1st day was yesterday and boy, does it hurt when you haven't done anything since high school.

As the samurai used to teach, "For courage in battle; tighten your stomach, scream like a wild beast, and run head first toward your opponent!"

Struggling badly can only lead to winning awesomely.  Steady resolve is what we need!  Stay constantly in the same direction and you are going to get there.  NO!  We are going to get there together!  Now LETS GO!

You are so fortunate to have a cis woman friend to help you with that! Now, pat your self on the back for getting all the rust off in yoga class!

I just did that brazilian booty thing so I need to rest my.....uhhhh...lower parts.
