I want to start transitioning I'm lost in a rut :( if anyone is from rochester ny area that can help that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks:)

Not from the area, but you might be able to find help at the Trans* Alliance of Greater Rochester.

They are meeting at 3pm this coming Saturday (25/Jan) at the Auditorium Center at 875 E. Main Street (Fifth Floor) Rochester, NY 14605 (look for: "Gay Alliance of the Genesee Valley Community Center").

The site also links to trans-friendly medical resources in Rochester.
