Baby, with HRT and thinned eyebrows you are going to be gorgeous. Your eyes will be your number one feature with your lips a close second. After HRT you might need brow bossing, but I would wait until a year or more on HRT. Hard to tell without a side view though. With the proper makeup your eyes could pass right now with brow thinning! I don't see anyone really looking past them as they are very hypnotic in a feminine manner. I am like totally jealous of them myself.
