I think you are having a "Girl Growth Spurt" and if your boyfriend is happy, bite the bullet and get the next size larger new underwear.  I just had my first anniversary of SRS a week ago, and NONE of my pre-op underwear works at all.  No more of the spandex cuties for me.  Just good old cotton Hanes or Fruit of the Looms high rise panties.  I suppose if someone else wanted to get into mine, other than me, I could use a cute pair for a few hours, but noooo, just me wearing them, Darn it!!  Wahhh!  I do a Wal Mart thing about every 3 months for new briefs, or if I am feeling good, there is a Hanes et al outlet store about 30 miles from me.  6 pairs for $9.50US.
I refuse to have a war of wits with a half armed opponent!!

Wiser now about Post Op reality!!

I'm not post-op but I'm agreeing with Vicky – girly growth spurt.  It's part of being a woman.  Enjoy!

Hugs,

Jen
To move forward is to leave behind that which has become dear. It is a call into the wild, into becoming someone currently unknown to us. For most, it is a call too frightening and too challenging to heed. For some, it is a call to be more than we were capable of being, both now and in the future.

Yep, most likely you're a size bigger now and so your current panties are too tight. However, it's also possible that it's a bit of lingering swelling in the labia going down; I was still seeing decreasing swelling at a year post-op (although I had a LOT of swelling to begin with), which will change the fit of the crotch of panties too.

(I'm not sure from what you're saying if the underpants are giving you a wedgie in your buttcrack [apologies for being blunt], between your labia, or both. But the creeping in between the labia issue can definitely be from less swelling = more room for underpants to move around.)

What brands are you warring? I find now I love this brand but bonds causing a lot of at least back wedgies.
From pretty much my 3 month mark to 2 years I wore g-strings so didn't get any at or around the 1 year mark.

A lot of guys think front wedgies, or camel toes are sexy.

The other thing could be are you wearing cheap underwear? I never go below $10AUD on a pair. They never last and they fall apart
Yes! I'm single
And you'll have to be pretty f'ing amazing to change that
