Androgel's patent is up next August.  I'm not sure if anyone is getting a generic ready, but I thought I'd spread the news along.  Keep your fingers crossed.
Oh I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love

A blah blog

Cool! I am willing to bet a generic will come out - from the commercials and ads I see low T is all the rage lol. :P And few guys, cis or trans, want to stick needles in themselves if they can avoid it.

I hope someone is! I'm willing to pay a little more to not stick myself with a needle, but as expensive as it is now, I'm torn between my options. Generic Androgel would be so great.

I hate needles and I hate spending a lot of money.  With that being said, I hope a generic version comes out.

If you live in the US, there is another alternative to Androgel. You can get compounded cream. The only downside is that compounding pharmacies are not usually covered on insurance (not sure why that all is). But anyway, this is MUCH cheaper than androgel. I have heard costs ranging from $25-150 a month (I think the latter sounds a bit high). Still happy Androgel is might go generic. Always good to have many alternatives and insurance picking that up might be less (though not all generics are super cheap).
