If you are on spironolactone it is known to cause dehydration. Headaches are one of the symptoms that you are dehydrated. Considering the aches go away when you drink water is another confirmation this is what you are running into. Just make sure to drink plenty of high quality H²O.  ;)

Definitely this!

Also signs are getting dizzy when standing or dark urine.

Definitely effects of Spiro, an increased ratio of potassium to sodium causing leg cramps and headaches.

Eat salty, as much as you want! Very important. Drink as much water as you need too, plain water.

Avoid high potassium stuff, like energy/sports drinks, mineral water, fruit juices, sodas, salt SUBSTITUTES. Moderate your intake of diuretics like caffeinated drinks, even tea. If you take supplements, be sure that they don't contain a lot of potassium.

Basically, you want to control your intake of potassium while taking in as much sodium (salt) and water as you crave. Your doctor should have warned you of this.
