Are there any athletic guys here who play sports and/or work out?

I play goalie in ice hockey, I do some roller blading and skateboarding, and will start working out in Spring.

I play Basketball and Football. I have a treadmill and I go for 30 minutes a day, After I do weight lifting, push ups and situps, and the plank challenge to work on my abs and get more toned for a pack. People have been asking me if I work out, Thats a good sign that I'm doing something.

I played soccer up until high school. I had to stop because of marching band. I was going to try out for men's volleyball this spring but it interferes with my percussion ensemble. Ah well. I do some minor lifting/ab workouts, I'm going to get more serious about working out in the spring. I miss soccer a lot.

I used to be athletic, need to get back into it.
I've always wanted to play ice hockey! I used to play volleyball but stopped to help out with theater stuff. (I regret it honestly, volleyball didn't keep me super fit, but I did gain 10 lbs when I stopped).

I roller blade when I go on walks with my dogs, but it's not a super intense exercise and I want to go to the skate parks sometime to learn some more stuff. I also rock climb on occasion, but not enough to really keep me fit. I've got a gym membership but I only go once or twice a month which is horrible of me and I'm working on going more. I used to be fit in the summers because I'd go wakeboarding and waterskiing, but this summer I didn't (was at college instead) and it's noticeable. I also love snowboarding but I suck at it.
haha I love stuff that should keep me fit but I never participate enough to really benefit from it. My New Year's Resolution is to fix this.

I'm pretty good at situps, the highest number of situps I've done is 50. Still have to work on pushups though. I can only do like 10 of them. I have a really skinny, feminine figure so I want to bulk up a bit.

I don't play football much. I'm pretty tall and my family always told me I should be a basketball player but I never really got interested in it. I'm terrible at soccer although I love watching it.

In school, we're playing volleyball in P.E. and I'm awful at it. I always thought it was easy without ever actually playing it and boy, was I wrong.

I want to get into lacrosse. I'm part Native American and I'd love to learn how to play. I have free tickets to a Buffalo Bandits game of the NLL.. it's going to be my first lacrosse game I'll see.

I work out, I snowboard, and I bike. I don't play team sports, I'm really uncoordinated.

I plan to work out on P90x3 once I'm healed. My top half is real skinny but the waist down is fatty.

Try Insanity It's crazy but it's worth it.

Tried it years ago but didn't stick with it. I'm hoping the 30 mins a day will be easier to stick with.

Bimmer Guy

I'm athletic, have played sports all my life.  Was big into mountain biking (well, more xcountry biking...the flat, faster trails, not big air) for quite a number of years.  After I got a dog I found myself hiking those trails more than biking them!  I still do a lot of hiking and some biking.

Prior to surgery (10/2013), I did the eliptical 4-5 times per week for cardio and did strength training (Bowflex and free weights).  I have been holding off getting back into strength training not wanting to stretch the scars.  I need to get back on the horse, though, especially no excuse for not doing cardio.

I run and recently snowboarded for the second time ever. Kicked my butt!

Up until I hit puberty I was super athletic, nowadays I don't do as many things though.
Started getting into Football about a year and a half ago as a kicker since I'm seemingly terrible at passing or catching lol. Other than that just weightlifting, powerlifting to be exact.

I've been pretty athletic ever since I was a kid. I play ice hockey goalie, but I'm out until next season because my knees are shot. I also take krav maga, but I'm still doing that because it isn't as hard on my knees as goalie anyways :P. Speaking of which, I have a fight scheduled for tomorrow (today? I guess, it's 2 am o.o) so I should probably get some sleep  ;D

Yesterday, I was playing floor hockey with a couple of guys. My body is still so sore from it since we were playing without any pads. My knees hurt from sliding on the ground. I also got slashed a bunch of times and got hit in the neck with a ball.

So basically, moral of story: don't play floor hockey without proper equipment.
