My correctional surgery from phil thomas

I had my correctional (provisional) surgery from phil thomas in November last year to correct my prolapse. I've not had another one since and my vagina looks even better now 

I've an appointment with phil thomas on 24th February to discuss the vecchietti procedure to increase depth, which is something that will happen in the long term

Interesting ! Can you tell more details of your problem and your corrective surgery ? Or you already had
posted those in another thread ?

So... can the Vecchietti procedure definitely be employed for us too ? That would be great news !

Well i had a prolapse, were my vagina wall was hanging out of my vagina. So that's fixed now but i lost a lot of depth.

The vecchietti procedure is something i'm going to be asking with Phil Thomas at my appointment on 24th Feb 

Everybody's different but it is one surgical procedure that is less invasive to increase depth. Colovaginoplasty is not something i want to have to increase depth, so the V P is what appeals to me. It has its pros and cons but that goes for all options for all gender reassignment surgeries

I'm asking because I had prolapse since beginning. I mean, mine didn't actually prolapsed later, it just
CAME OUT already prolapsed I assume they fixed your V by securing its bottom to one sacro-spinous
ligament. Was that done under general or local anesthaesia ? Was it painful or discomforting ? I don't
understand why you lost depth though... I always figured out that doing so would result in some more
depth instead, because the V someway gets "pulled" towards the insides...
Mine is already shallow...

It was done under general anaesthetic. I lost depth because i couldn't go straight in due to financial difficulties and the prolapse got in the way of me dilating properly, so as a result i lost depth
