T Day

What are all the supplies you guys use for your T day? Do you have a special ritual?

I prepare the needle, and then my mom gets to stab me in the ass.
Needless to say that I have to be very, very nice to my mother that day....

No real ritual- I just gather up everything beforehand to make sure I'm ready, and when it comes time to bite the bullet I try not to let myself put it off too long. Once the needle is loaded and my leg is alcohol-ed, I try to just take one or two deep breaths and JUST DO IT. If I let myself get distracted for a while by TV or whatever, it just gives the anxiety time to build. I have been thinking I should keep a special treat around as a reward, maybe chocolate or something.

I get all my stuff out then spend the next few minutes trying to relax.

Put some metho on a swab, get another clean swab ready, get my needle ready, warm the pre-filled syringe in my hand for a few minutes then pull my britches down and let my wife stab my butt.

I haven't started T yet but when I do, I'll try to drink water and calm myself before I stab myself because I don't like needles. :p

Sit down by a table, open up the syringe, open up the needles. Rub alcohol on my leg and then do the stuff with T. I dont over think the shot just because it isn't painful. The worst part is thinking about it that first time. But once it is in, it Doesnt hurt.
