I have an appointment at 3:00 today with the therapist. She said. Could go tomorrow, but I told her that if I put it off till tomorrow its just cause I'm scared, not cause I could not make it. So............ Gulp.  Omg omg omg.

I could not believe it I actually started to babble on the phone. So I am early and my tummy is telling me to drive the other way. But I am going in. See you when I get out.  ??? Don't think she is expecting what I look like. Lol

oh Gosh I remember that first call to the therapist. As hard as it was it was such a rewarding release.  Congrats you are on your way now , yay !

Oh my god. I can not believe how much came out of me. I've been on this path since the fourth grade or before. I am remembering stuff long forgotten. Its just so much.
