I just came across your thread and I really have no advice that has not already been said. But I do want you to know that I care about you and I am pretty sure everybody here cares about you and need you here with us. YOU are part if our family and with out you we would not be complete. Somebody will always be here for you. And if you ever just want to talk feel free to message me as well. You hang in there.
Big Hugs sweetie,

Norma Lynne

You have nothing to apologize for. These are support forums, you used them for support, that's kind of the idea.

I also went through the "hiding everything from the therapist" period. Not sure what to say other than I really wish I'd said something sooner. And that keeping silent can actually end up being a lot scarier than saying something.

All the best and stay safe,

Don't worry you didn't upset anybody!

Have a fruitful detox. I just went through one after a nasty round of antibiotics that almost messed me up.

Just an info-recommendation: coconut oil is nourishing to your internals and protective to your externals. If I were you, I'd be eating spoonfuls of it (1/4 cup to be exact) every day in any way possible (goes great on toast) and applying a little to those cracked lips at night ;) You could ask your mom to get some extra virgin unrefined coconut oil at a whole foods or nutrition store. Highly recommend for getting and feeling better!

Talking about stuff online is one thing, talking about them in person is another. I am still struggling with the who talking about being transgender in RL part myself.

As Jenny said, no one here is upset. Feel free to share or talk when ever you want. Susan's is here for that.
