Hi Jane, I am exactly in your same situation on both accounts. I am still looking for an answer on the wig, but as far as the hips go, I am going to try reshape my body through exercise. I am doing some weight training to add muscle to my hips. Hopefully, when the estrogen kicks in, it will put a layer of fat on top of that. I am working on trying to get my waist a lot smaller, so the hips will look larger in comparison. I have only been on this program for about a week. I will be glad to share the results in a few months.
