'T-Party' to benefit NCTE slated
Shirene and Shayla Thomas will host a free "T-Party" at 6:30 p.m. Thursday at their home.
Anyone who is gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender or who would like to learn more about the transgender community is invited.
Mara Keisling, executive director of the National Center for Transgender Equality, who has been featured on such programs as "Showbiz Tonight" and "Larry King Live," will be a special guest.
Proceeds benefit the NCTE in Illinois.
