I've noticed that for some of the GRS surgeons there are closed yahoo/facebook/other groups where potential/pre/post patients can chat away.

I wonder if anyone can point me at such a group for Dr Brassard? (I've had a good look about and cannot find one)

Yeah, I'm not willing to give Yahoo my phone # so I'm not on those groups, but I'm a happy Brassard patient willing to answer any questions too. :)
