Hello all,

As I currently have a little under 3 months to wait till I have my psychiatric assessment for HRT, I was wondering how everyone else dealt with long waits in their transition? I mean, I go back and forth between being happy and excited and patient to just feeling flat-out trapped. It's very frustrating, but there isn't really anything else I can do that I know of except exercise and shed that weight! So big smiles and positivity for me!

On a related side-note, does anyone have any recommendations for trans-friendly electrolysis clinics in south-east Queensland, Australia?

Thanks!
