So, I've tried 2 times, within a week's time, it's been nearly two weeks since I left a message with my name, and two numbers and telling them I was trying to find a certain therapist and to please give me a call back, and, NOTHING! It should be noted my dad tried this same place two times as well within a week's time two weeks prior to this and got nothing. It should FURTHER be noted that this is a well known place that even has therapists there who specialize in gender therapy and have a good reputation for what they do and NO FREAKING CALL BACK!?  >:( You've got to be kidding me.  ::) Has this happened to anyone else and how common is this?

I tried to contact two online therapists that had good reputations via email and asked several question, but I never got a response.  I really wated to go to either of them because they were affordable and would give me sessions often so this was a major bummer.  It seemed like everyone else (except for one other person) could reach them.  I ended up using a more expensive therapist (that at least replied back and answered my question) but I like her.

It took me nearly a month by the time I first made a call to a therapist by the time I actually got to talk in real time with one; it was nearly two weeks before I even got a response at all and was about to look for alternatives.

Turns out therapy isn't a requirement for HRT, and even being in therapy for 3 months (like I think it was V4 of the SOC had that) hasn't gotten me any further, so it's all just one huge waiting game.
Hey, you've reached Lauren's signature! If you have any questions, want to talk, or just need a shoulder to cry on, leave me a message, and I'll get back to you.
