So a few friends called, they were going out to dinner and wanted me to come, I had to decline so I wouldn't be awkward not eating anything, like what would I tell the waiter, "no thanks, I'm not eating I only came to be with my friends."
It sucks, I've had to decline so many times and so many times I worry about what to eat, if I should even bother eating (I currently eat about 700 calories a day) at all, I'm 20 and weigh 81 lbs. I know this is a problem I tried to get help, and now I guess I can say, hello relapse 1 may you be my last.
