Olivia P

Hello everyone,

I'm Olivia, Im from the UK and over the last year or so I've been working through my many sources of suffering through mindfulness based activities, one of my big issues ofc being gender.  After a year of processing the information I've finally decided to take positive steps towards entering the NHS gender process. I'm going to request an appointment with my gp in a few weeks to discuss it.

I have also decided that it would be good for me to engage with others going through the same stuff, and hopefully this forum will allow me to do that

Peace and love to all...
