I've never tried martial arts so that's a good suggestion, but I HATE CONTACT SPORTS. I currently play basketball because my dad made me, and since I haven't come out yet I'm on the boys team, so after every game or practice I feel like I'm about to cry, but I don't ever cry because I can't seem to release emotions that way. Maybe some watery eyes and that's it.
