If it is clear, a bit on a sticky side, smells sweet, then there is no reason to panic - it is related to prolactine and progesterone changes in Your body and You better get used to that . You are early on Your HRT, yep? Your breast tissues and milk ducts are underdoing major transformations at the moment and all those small channels and ducts are clearing themselves out . But I agree, it is quite a funny feeling . Ah, and another point - probably it is better not to play with Your new "toys" excessively now, though that might feel and sound tempting . Yeah, and tell Your endo during Your next follow-up appointment - endo might be willing to look at them and examine - just in case.

I have the same thing. My doc was like, "Oh, so you have a little weekage in your nipples?" Then he laughed. He didn't think it was a big deal.
