I want my breast implants to look and feel real.

As started in the title, I want my breasts to look and feel a certain way. I want my breasts to basically be as close as possible 2 real boobs... well what breast implant recipient doesn't? But still, is it possible to get implants to feel soft and plushy, and to hanging drooping like real breasts. Even in all that, i heard that if you want your implants to soften up and droop down, you should massage them regularly anyway.

As for the areola, i want my areolas (if at all possible) to be dark, have bumps all over with tiny dot-like spots bordering them (as though i had a baby as that's what I've always wanted anyway). I've seen areolas that look like that and they look so pretty!

But with that aside, is it possible for any implants to give me the look and shape I'm seeking? Thanks.
They say identity theft is a crime. Well, needless to say, a crime has been committed. My identity has been stolen. No, no one knows my social security number or has my credit card. I'm walking around in the wrong body. I'm wearing a costume which I cannot remove... and the only way I can remove that costume, is through surgery

Plastic surgeons are not all created equal, and you tend to get what you pay for.  The best ones can even get them to hang right.  Don't get cheap "porn star" implants.  You can tell they're fake from outer space.

I am going to wait until I'm sure mine aren't still growing before I go there, and I know that sometimes less is more.

You might get lucky with the nipples on HRT, but don't count on it.   The implants will stretch them out a little, but if they aren't aesthetically pleasing enough to you, you can always get a little help with tattoo ink.

As Jill said, you get what you pay for..

It's also going to depend on what you grow yourself, the more you have, the more likely they are to look 'real' after a BA. Before I investigated my issues with anaesthesia thouroughly, I was investigating a BA and the surgeons I saw commented that with as little breast tissue I had, even the smallest implants were going to look more than a little fake.

Then you might be looking at some other method besides implants.  I've been thinking about this some, too.  I heard of a trans girl who had some kind of procedure done, that stimulated natural breast growth over many months.  Does anyone know what procedure this might be?  Because I forgot.  ???

Even A or B cups would be great.  I don't really care how big mine get, as much as that I want them to look fully developed.

Was it stem cell BA?

I thought breast augmentation and breast implants meant the same thing, by implants are you talking about implanting actual breast tissue?

Injecting silicone/saline.

Injecting silicone/saline.

Injecting silicone isn't only very dangerous; it will migrate too.

Saline will be absorbed by the body...in no time.

and I know that sometimes less is more.

A very nice pearl of wisdom here Jill. I have seen BAs where the recipient apparently went for the biggest implants they could get away with and the results were both horrific and comical. I have seen other BAs where a conservative approach was taken and the results were visually pleasing, although a discerning eye could still tell that a BA had been done.

You do generally get what you pay for, but in the case of cosmetic surgery even paying top dollar is no guarantee of quality work. You should choose a doctor only after you have seen the quality of their work and are happy with it.

But doesn't silicone feel softer and more natural than saline? That's what i heard anyway.
