Had the strangest dream?

Wow. So where do I start.
Basically I woke up about an hour ago, and my dream? I dreamed I had my srs surgery  is this common? Or just strange? It felt so real. I was taking pictures of it afterwards and I was so thrilled. Has anyone else experienced this? Does it mean something? I kinda feel that dreams are messages. I don't know though maybe it was just a random dream.

I'd say it's a positive thing you were excited afterwards in your dream. Might have been a bad sign if you were experiencing regret of some kind in your dream. I agree, I think dreams can be very helpful and meaningful.

Oh no, I was on cloud NINE  I was sad when I woke up and realized it was just a dream.
