Heya,

I just passed 6 months on hormones and things are happening, if a little slowly.  I currently weigh 149lbs/68kg/10st 7 (whichever you want to use) and i stand 5"10 tall/178cm so i'm not massive or overweight by any means.

My boobs are at an AA cup and still growing nicely.

Given the stress that HRT has been putting on my body I have been eating as healthy as i can and also trying to eat a calorie excess in order to provide fuel for my body to change and for my breasts to keep growing.

I still have more upper body mass than i would like (i used to hit the gym quite often) and i know that the fastest way to reduce muscle mass is to eat a calorie deficit, however I am concerned that if i go on a deficit that other changes will suffer.

Is is worth carrying on as I am and waiting till i am further down the transition path before going on a diet or should i go on a diet now and potentially affect the changes.

Has anyone at a low weight successfully managed to diet and still see significant change?
"What do you fear, lady?" he asked.
"A cage," she said. "To stay behind bars until use and old age accept them, and all chance of doing great deeds is gone beyond recall or desire."
