I've gotten really (no seriously, really) lazy the past 3 or 4 years when it comes to fitness. Most of it is due to binding. There isn't anything more uncomfortable than trying to bind in 100 degree humid weather in the Southern United States. Typically I will go swimming in the Summer months but not much else. Now with top surgery on the horizon I'm considering getting a mountain bike. There are a lot of trails in the area. We have a lot of bears around here so might get a stun gun to go with it...zap, Take that Smokey!

Im still in high school and i did swimming for 2 years and was pretty good at it but it made me feel really dysphoric and i only really did it for my parents but thank goodness this year was my last year of swimming maybe this year over the summer i can finish high school.I also did weight training at my high school it was awesome my max was around 135 lb. for bench at one point I also weighed 140. Sins I haven't been lifting much it's been a year sins I've lifted anything at all so it make's sense why my bench is back down to 110.But anyway I really would like to try football, boxing, lacrosse are even hockey once I start taking T,I can't wait!

I need to get back on the exercise boat. Grad school is killer for fitness -- I might be in the worst shape of my adult life.

I walk a lot now, and that's it. Being a teacher is okay exercise and I walk my dog for 20-60 minutes per day. I just started doing some push-ups this month with a buddy of mine. During undergrad I used to bike 35 minutes to school and back, giving me over an hour of hard cycling 4 days per week. I miss it. My right knee isn't in the best shape so running is really out of the question.
