I just made the mistake of storing cheeses too close together so that the strong ones started to permeate the milder ones.  Yuck.

I am so walking to the cheesemonger shop for lunch tomorrow.  Only a 3 mile round trip!  Plus I can stop at Trader Joe's for DARK CHOCOLATE on the way. 

grrr you had to mention trader joes :p  haven't been there in ages. When i lived in Kansas closest one was like 25 minutes away and really out of the way so i never went. went all the time when i lived in California.  Sadly, now the closest one to where I live is like an hour away
