The first 24 hours of commencing androgen blockers (as a bridge to estrogen). Had initially made colours look insanely saturated and overwhelming in a really dramatic sense. Walking through a supermarket aisle it all felt like this two-dimensional, hyperdefined, ultra high definition, super saturated intense experience. I didn't feel different as a person or anything and I didn't feel "crazy" as it was just optically different, so I assumed it was permenant.
48 hours later : The optical effects dissapearred and I feel just as I did before, but I have the awareness that colour acuity is a feminine trait so I figured when it was happening that it was permenant.
Is it just a fluke/adverse reaction? Or a pre-insight to the effects of later HRT?
