Alright. So I'm super new here, so I may not be doing this right. I have an extremely important question. I want to go on T extremely badly. The only two things that are holding me back from knowing for a fact that I want to start is the clitoral growth and my height. Now, in a perfect world, I'd like to grow like a ->-bleeped-<- ton since I'm kind of short (5'5) and being taller would help me feel a bit more masculine. I'm 18 currently and I was wondering if you guys know whether or not it takes any affect at my age.

Now the clitoral growth is a big thing for me. I'm not comfortable with it. I think that's the only thing that happens on T that I'm not happy with besides acne (since I've already got it bad.) I was wondering if it happens in every case, or if it varies. Maybe in size? I'm not sure. I got really upset when I found out that happens. I'm already uncomfortable with my little area enough, I didn't want it to be exaggerated.

Thank you in advance! I'm sorry if this was all jumbled and stupid. I'm so emotional right now. T.T Waah.

i doubt t will make you grow taller. not only because of your age but because i don't think t really does make you grow taller anyway. i think it's one of those myths and it has more to do with genetics. i could be wrong though but i've never seen anything say t made them grow magically taller (especially by a few inches.) height has nothing to do with being masculine anyway, although it helps. there's plenty of short cis guys out there, doesn't make them any more masculine. i think you'll need to just be happy with your height because you can be super short but if you have confidence, no one will care. it sucks but it's something a lot of trans guys got to deal with.

as for the lower half growth, there's nothing you can do about that. you can't pick and choose what you want to change and not change. length depends on the person but you'll get some growth there unfortunately and may be some bad acne (it also depends on the person.)

It won't make you grow taller if you've already stopped growing, and certainly not to the extent you'd desire. Hey, there are LOTS of guys your height out there. I'm 5ft, haha, so could be worse! But yeah, best thing to do is just be confident with yourself; your height doesn't make you any less of a guy, you know?

As for clitoral growth, I get you, I'd be worried about that, too. I'm very apathetic towards my lower area, I don't really notice it outside of the obvious, so I'd worry that any changes to that area would make me notice it and then I'd feel unhappy/uncomfortable with what I see. But, unfortunately, it's not something you can control, nor predict. Yeah, it might not grow much, but it might. You can't tell until it happens.

Most of the time you're done growing at 16-18 years old, so the chances that you'll get any taller aren't likely. T wont make a difference.

Heightwise, I grew about 7/8 of an inch. I'm still not sure how.

Regarding downstairs growth, we do grow larger and longer, but the result doesn't have nearly the girth of a typical male penis. It's not like you'll be dangling all of these full-size bits. You might not get as dsyphoric as you expect. But you can't control the effects, so you will have to decide whether it's worth the risk.

Have you gone to surgical sites and seen the before pics? A lot of guys don't grow all that much downstairs.

I honestly didn't pay enough attention to downstairs before/after wise that I can't say about the degree of growth there, but I did grow at least an inch or two taller.  Mostly in the legs judging by pants length measurements.  I started T a couple months before my 21st birthday, so there is hope you can get to 5'6 or so at least.  No guarantee though.... I guess maybe just think tall thoughts?  I can't say exactly how much taller I got, but I know it was at least an inch by the last measurements.

My feet also grew, so I had to buy new shoes.

(also, 5'5 really isn't as bad as you probably think it is.)
I solemnly swear I am up to no good.
