Seeking LA Transmen Resources

Pretty much as the title says. I'm needing resources, contacts, clients, therapists, etc, in the Los Angeles/Orange County area.

Since I don't live there, and this is for a friend. I'm not fully sure how to search for that information. So anything I could be provided would help greatly.
I've heard of Informed Consent clinics that provide hormones? I'm aware that those are somewhat of an iffy subject. And the wiki didn't show any in his area.

Also related to Informed Consent. Does anyone know if going that route will void insurance coverage in CA? I've heard a lot of states do that.

Anyways, any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
