Not on an SSRI but I am on Haloperidol and have noticed that the mix of the haldol, Spiro and Estradiol has left me with even less energy then either alone.

The only weird part about taking sertraline (Zoloft) and HRT for me is that it seems to make orgasms a bit more difficult to get to. Given the mechanism of a SSRI (Zoloft is actually a SMRI, if you wanna get picky) it makes a lot of sense. That said, I haven't noticed any issues with it so, *shrrrrugs* I guess it's kinda a 'whatever' situation.

No, but close.  I take Cymbalta (an SNRI) along with hormones.  I haven't had any complications and frequently get blood work done to ensure everything is good (cymbalta isn't the easiest on the liver).  It does absolutely nothing for me at all and I'd really like to quit the med, but I take it because the withdrawls are terrible.  Under my therapists recommendation, I'm thinking of switching to Effxor and using Klonopin because those meds are more helpful with anxiety relief which is what I really need.  In any case, I'm not familiar with any major interactions, but do drink a lot of water and make sure your liver is in shape.  And of course, talk to your doctors about any concerns you may have.

I considered taking Wellbutrin in the past, but my main problem is anxiety and I've heard it frequently increases it.  Did you notice anything like that?
