Hospital

So in the morning I'll be checking myself into a partial hospitalization program. My depression has overwhelmed and taken over my life and I'm in desperate need of help. Therapy and talking about it has stopped doing anything for me. It is important for me to get help and I am really needing to. I don't plan on inpatient hospitalization as going to group and seeing my best friend Erica is extremely important for me and it would hurt not going out. I'm fortunate in that I'm not having self harm or suicidal ideations. I'm also going to see if I could be set up with housing in the future as my current living arrangement's detrimental to my own mental well being. My parents are supportive but I can't live here anymore.

good luck to you , I was in that program at a hospital . It's  a great program. the social workers are very caring and kind. I loved it I was in for a while so take your time and relax.

I wish you the best. I myself years ago did 2 different weeks and they made me understand so much about myself.

Take the help and apply it to yourself. Be honest with your feelings.

Your on right path getting help .I have been down the D road myself and the right people and some meds will make you enjoy the simple things in life that most people take for granted .Its like being in fog but just keep walking with help theres a sunny day to come . My wife and my doc 100% save my life and in the journey of 2 years i started my life all over again .do some thing every day that makes you smile .... you will get to a point where dark side is past .
