Trying to get documents for gender marker change in Florida DMV

I'm trying to find correct and updated document on the requirements for changing your gender marker in the state of Florida. The ones I keep finding are the old requirements that say you need surgery and whatnot. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Passport requirements The exanple letter is at the bottom. Also can be used for S.S.
