Tomorrow is my first meeting with my first therapist and i was wondering if there was anything that i should know to ask or talk about. Any help is very much appreciated.

Try to relax,
Be open and tell everything,
Express your thoughts, impulses, dreams and desires,
Be yourself.

I went to therapy as a last straw. I am so glad I did; it provided me with the support and acceptance I needed to make the difficult decisions. I also had a lot of other issues that happened when I was young and I had significant relief from those issues too (a lot of trans* have had these issues).
