Well, I posted a few days about trouble with complaints about me. I'm surprised but I can say its resolved. Mind you there is an unholy poop storm rolling down form on high. But I'm in the clear. I've been keeping notes and even voice recordings of things that have been bad over the last 5 years. Names dates. you know? And the HR guy was really surprised that not only had that stuff happened. but that I both didn't think I could tell him. and that it had gotten so bad I was recording stuff. It wasn't discrimination stuff. But I was showing him, the way things where vs. how I was being judged. I proved that hands down, the complaints against me where things no one ever gets even a polite, hey don't do that, for. But from my end it went well. For about 6 supervisors and 2 superintendents.... not so well. But hey, they where breaking laws and safety regulations. And if they treated me like people, this wouldn't have happened to any of us.
Look out for your self ladies, and don't pull your punches.
