Hey I'm Jade, MTF 20 years old. Just started hormones in December.
I'm on estrace and spironolactone
My hair has been falling out like crazy!!
I was also diagnosed with Hypothyroid, I'm taking Armour and my doctor hasn't changed my dose since I started also in December.
At my follow up in Feb. he said I should continue taking the same amount.
ANYWAYS, my hair has been thinning at the top and falling out like crazy since December in general. At this rate I'm gonna be freaking bald in a few months.
UGH HELP.
It was always thinning but very slowly, now it's thinning and falling out in clumps. Is it hormone imbalance? Will it stop? Will my hair grow back?
I haven't spoken to my doctor about it yet I should contact him immediately.

This sounds like it's most likely the hypothyroid that's causing it.   You need to see a doctor NOW.  The good news is that it's more than likely reversible.
