High blood pressure

I'm 55 years old and my blood pressures on the high side. Between one 135and 135. I've been waiting to do this for years. My last girlfriend I was with for 13 years she didn't want me to do this and then left me for man. I now I was on my way and I found I have high blood pressure or what looks to be high blood pressure.

Its really up to your doctor. Mine has been as high as 145/85 and my doctor just keeps an eye on it. Recommends normal diet and lifestyle changes, takes things slowly. But it also depends on the cause of it as mine is most likely stress induced.
