Red thing growing on my vagina?

Hi!

I have had my SRS almost 5 months ago now and today I noticed something weird.
I went to my doctor for checkup on wednesdsay and he did not notice it seemingly, or if he did he didn't mention it.

So today I was examining myself and noticed a red something on the top of the exit of my urethra, between the vaginal lips,  it look almost like a mini tongue, color very red, maybe like raw meat, it exudes moisture.

Now I am wondering, could that be urethral inner lining that has turned inside out? Actual raw meat? It doesn't hurt to touch it though.

Some kind of alien parasite that attached itself to me?

And since the doctor didn't say anything do I worry for nothing? Or maybe he just didn't look good enough.

Has anyone ever heard of anything like this?

Skin tags. I had one at the Bottom entrance to my vagina

They will fall off on there own. Just leave it along.

Mine was around the same time.

It falling off sounds quite icky!

It doesn't look quite like the pictures when you google for skin tags though, it is long and thin, like a flap.

Are you certain it wasn't always there after the surgery? Maybe you could email your doctor?

It might have been, it just looks very different from all the rest of the skin, I will call my doctor monday (have to anyway they took a blood sample for analysis on wednesday).

He said something about there may be a fungal infection but I was pretty sure he was talking about a different part of my skin! If that is some kind of fungi it is really scary.

I would post a picture but it would be pretty ugly to look at.

It is left over skin that forms tags (tabs). They will fluff off on there own. It is very common.

Anyway as anything you are better talking to your surgeon then here on the forum.

I feel it will go away on its one with out any issue.

There are many things we have to deal with in the healing process, some not pleasent.
