Hi all, I have a question. My endo gave me a prescription for Cialis, as my body is starting to react to the effects of lower testosterone, but I am in a partnered relationship where an important part is our sex life.  My insurance doesn't seem to cover the Cialis at all, and the out-of-pocket price for me was $678.55 for just 20 pills.  This seems crazy expensive to me.  I'm trying to appeal with a letter that says it's medically necessary due to low testosterone, but I don't know if it will work.  I'm curious if other people end up paying so much for Cialis, and whether insurance covers it normally.  If not, is there a source where one can get prescriptions filled more cheaply?  Thanks so much for any thoughts you all might have...

I pay $18.90 for 30 pills through the pharmacy the LGBT primary care owns. I had to tell them I am a patient at Mazzoni and the cost went from close to $1,000.00 to $18.90.

I guess in this case at this location being trans has its benefits.

I do not like the Cialis, I get an acid tummy, clogged sinuses and slight head ach.
