I'm sorry if this is gross to anyone but have you realized more regularity in your bowel movements on HRT? I now go about 2-3 times a day when before, it was like once every other day lol. Anyone else feeling this or am I crazy?

I would think it would be more likely a change in diet (perhaps unintentional). Have you been eating more fruits and vegetables lately? Or have you been drinking more water than usual? I haven't started HRT yet but I hear it can make you thirsty, so that could also be the difference.

I definitely do drink lots more. I drink maybe about 80ish ouces a day which is crazy, I know haha. That causes you to go more often? So it's not hormones? haha I'm an idiot

Yeah naturally any person should be drinking at least 2 liters of water a day (more if sweating heavily), so what you are experiencing is actually healthy BM frequency. The majority of the world is walking around in chronic constipation.
(Obviously I'm not a doctor  so this isnt medical advice) but I have done a lot of research into proper hydration... And one BM per meal is about correct.

Last fall in Hawaii I was drinking 4-5 liters per day (plus an additional 1-2 liters of water content from the fruits and veggies I was eating)
I felt great, had regular BMs, slept very well, had softer skin, and no bags under my eyes...
It was a cold winter in my part of CA so I stopped drinking as much but I'm trying to start again because I felt so much better!

Although it could be difficult with the reduced bladder size from HRT...

As an old lady I probably notice it more than some of you younger girls.  Inconvenient to say the least?
Spiro make me pee a lot, and food seems to pass a lot faster.  AND OH GOD, foods I never touched before taste soooo good, and it's way too easy to over eat.  ;D
