Strange question, but I heard that the more testosterone you have, the thicker your eyelashes usually are.  The men in my family have full and long eyelashes, but mine are a little bit more sparse than theirs.  It's usually thought to be a feminine trait, but to me, it's masculine and something that adds to my facial dysphoria & family envy.  Would T cause my eyelashes to grow in thicker?  Have any of you guys seen a change in yours?

Also, as a side question, do your eyebrows thicken as well? Mine already are, but I'm curious. Thanks.  :)

I don't believe that testosterone has anything to do with eyelashes.   Genetics, but not testosterone.

We can't tell you what T is likely to do with any part of your body as everyone is different - but I never noticed a lick of difference with mine at all after starting T.

As for eyebrows, I think it's anecdotal.  Some guys get thicker eyebrows after starting T - some guys have theirs remain the same and some can never grow them back in after they've plucked for a long time.

I've noticed an increase in eyelash hair (along with eyebrow hair) and they often fall out and get stuck in my eye or glasses. My cis partner has the same issue. It is probably a combination of genetics and testosterone.

Pre-T here and I have the worst eyelashes. I have to gently pull on them every few days or I wind up with lashes in my eye and that hurts.
