The only thing that I have with this particular company's prosthetics is how would you fit a harness ring around the enormous shaft area?

Got my discounted Sinthetics 6" in dolce today. Significantly darker than expected (which is a good thing in this case). Great size. Similar in overall feel to vixskin products but w/a firmer inner core (unique to this individual packer, part of why it was discounted). The realistic testicles are nice...but not as good as RMs in terms of feel (the scrotum is pretty thick). In terms of look/size, however, they're way better.   There are indeed two free-floating balls which can move all around the sac with enough manipulation, though I'd be a little afraid to manipulate them too much (not that they seem flimsy, I'm just super cautious).   The packer itself is a little rough...there are clear seam lines and raised nodules of excess silicone throughout, but nothing too bad. I'd be upset if I'd paid $400-500 dollars for it, but for $320, I'm really ok with it. Especially since that included rush shipping during one of the worst snow storms ever...and it still got here on time.  The only real problem I can foresee with this packer is attachment.  I feel like adhesive might be the best way to go.  There's plenty of room for a standard harness, but the area between the shaft and balls seems a little delicate. I'm worried a traditional ring style harness or anything too tight might cut through the material over time (a common problem). One nit-picky thing I have is the coloring. The match is great, but there really isn't much variation or any "stand out" detailing.
i'm not sure if this is a common issue with darker tones...perhaps there's just naturally a difference in the level of tonal variation in light and dark penises.  I would have liked a bit more...something, though. But again, this is nitpicky. I really don't mind all that much.  This will be a great holdover until I can justify an RM purchase.

Ok, I am a little confused between the difference of your "packer" and what Seb is describing.

What I think YOU purchased was a 6" ultra realistic item.  It does not have the term "packer" next to it on the order page (I understand you bought it off a sale page), but on the order page it is on the same line as the "flaccid packer".  Therefore, your item would be longer than the "flaccid packer" on the order page.  Is this correct?

Seb, what you ordered was the single density "flaccid packer".  This one would have been $149 and the length from the top of the cup to the tip of the penis is 5inch for uncircumcised and 6inch for circumcised.  Is this correct?

Seb, if the above is correct, I have three questions:
1) is the weight of the packer heavier/lighter than the basic RM packer?
2) When you have them hanging side by side, which packer is longer (the entire packer...if you are measuring the top of the back to the bottom of the scrotum.  Or however it should be measured to figure out when it is hanging on your body which one will hang lower on my thighs, if that makes sense).
2) Which one is squishier/softer?  Meaning, which one can be flattened more against the body?  Mr. Limpy for example can be squished more than RM.

Hope this post wasn't confusing.  Thanks, guys!

Nope, I'm the one being confusing. Sorry about that!
I use the term "packer" very loosely and not at all in any official capacity.  All of your observations are correct re: what I ordered.

I agree with Brett that it's sometimes a little confusing when "packer" is used loosely, but I do appreciate that there are some excellent reviews lately that will be very useful to our community.

Perhaps I'll write up about Pac-man. I've never seen a review.

Great.  Thank you.

I am considering ordering the flaccid packer, but I won't if it is:

a) heavier than RM
b) the balls hang further down the body than RM.  Unfortunately, you really can't tell by the measurements.

Hopefully Seb will circle back to this thread, soon.

From what I have gleamed from another post I found Seb wrote, plus info from Sinthetics, I can answer my own questions.  For those who are interested:

1) Sinthetics, is a bit "squishier" than basic RM
2) Sinthetics is actually HEAVIER than RM (which I think is already too heavy).  RM is 9.2oz (both basic packer and prosthetic).  Sinthetics told me their packer(s) are 11oz.
3) The shaft is longer on the Sinthetics and the packer as a whole is bigger.

Based on the above, I am not going to order even though I like the look of them.  RM is already too heavy for my preferences.  I wish someone made a good silicone packer Mr. Limpy's size (3.5"), with 3-D balls (hell even w/o 3-D balls).  I'm be a very happy guy, then!
