Hopefully this is helpful.  I'm about 180cm 77kg (5"11' 170lb). In tops I wear a large, jeans I usually wear 10's to 12's with a belt depending on leg length. Skirts and dresses anywhere from a 10 to 12 depending on what I'm wearing it with weather and how brave I'm feeling.

Go on line to clothing stores that have men and women's range and look at the sizing charts its not exact because a guys torso is usually longern but should give you a guide.   (Why a small men's top will become a large women's). Once you have a rough idea op-shops should give you a better guide. Then you can start filling out your wardrobe.  The problem with sizing is different labels have different sizes so you really have to get out there and try them on yourself.

Buy a cloth measuring tape look in the sewing dept for one . Lay one of your pants down flat and measure across the top mine is 16" yours  is probably around 13" .When you go to a store measure across the top of the skirt or pants you want till you find you measurement. you can also do the same for a top just measure across the shoulders. You sound like you are about a size 6 but all 6 's are not created equal and the same go's for eveything else. If I can help you more PM me.  Pat
