Just so you know, I was on Dutasteride, the strongest DHT blocker out there, for several months. And I still only had a T level of like 22 at my first post-HRT blood test.
Yes, it can increase levels of T compared to what they would be if you were just on T-blockers without DHT blockers, but I think personal genetics and susceptibility to T-blockers in the first place are a much bigger factor. It varies greatly from person to person. And since it really doesn't matter as long as your T levels get down into the female range, I wouldn't worry about it.
DHT blockers can be a big help if you've got hair loss or want some extra help getting rid of body hair.
