Take it from someone who's 49. In the 5 months and two weeks I've been on hrt my brow ridge has shrunk, my sunken cheeks have been filling in, and my chin has narrowed. And this process is still ongoing. Because I have seen the changes in myself I believe how hrt affects us has less to do with our age and more to do with genetics. So don't give up!

Take it from someone who's 49. In the 5 months and two weeks I've been on hrt my brow ridge has shrunk, my sunken cheeks have been filling in, and my chin has narrowed. *High-fives Teela Renee.* I rarely wear makeup too. But I had some family come over today, and they hadn't seen me since before I transitioned, so I put on a tiny bit of eyeliner, concealer, lip shimmer, and penciled my eyebrows some. Actually kinda happy with it since it was all rather subtle.



Family stuff went well btw. Got to see my adorable lil grand niece. She's only 4 months old and loved my shiny sparkly nails. ^__^
